THE LAMAR METHOD (TLM) is a trademark person-centered strategic framework that is built on the tenets of user experience (UX) design and interaction (IX) design. TLM combines the strengths and resilience of people with the benefits of agile project management, enhanced information technology/computing, facilitatory-leadership, and knowledge management. TLM incorporates some of the tenets of environmental, developmental, social, and vocational psychology to inform how we design systems in ways that contribute positively to the human condition. TLM is one of the only comprehensive UX and IX frameworks that champion human dignity, social-equality and corporate ethics as central operational imperatives.
