Education Consultation

Although TLM was developed for the workplace, its tenets apply and can be adapted to consider the 3 P’s of TLM (Person, Process, and Production) in the context of education. One of the greatest challenges faced by academic institutions is aligning the motivations of different educators on different levels of the academy.
